The data are kept as long as the relationship with BeMuse is maintained. Similarly, the data the law estimates as necessary are kept to determine the possible responsibilities that could be derived from each purpose. Once it is detached from the entity and the purposes for which the data were initially collected disappear, they will remain blocked (it consists in identifying and storing them, adopting technical and organizational measures to prevent their processing, including their visualization. BeMuse does not plan to make any international data transfers.
In some cases, the Data Processors carry out international data transfers to perform the service that has been entrusted to them.
